This role will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of the organization`s payroll functions and other payroll related tasks as needed.
- Manage, supervise and oversee attendance of factory workers as well as Management staffs
- Maintain attendance software and monitor all attendance related information & have to prepare report accordingly.
- Generate salary sheet, Pay Slip, etc. from payroll software.
- Maintain accurate records of Personal file.
- Prepare various types of payment sheets (final settlement, maternity benefit, earn leave encashment bill, festival bonus bill etc.)
- Prepare various types of report for management .
- Monitor disbursement of salary in cash to workers & staff if and when required.
Educational Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor from any reputed University.
- PGD in HRM is preferred.
- DSCM will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements :
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration, payroll management, Payroll Processing
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements :
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Minimum 5 years of experience in any reputed company whereas 3 years in similar role in any reputed RMG production Unit.
- Have to have critical Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and its compliance in the organization.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must be a team player with leadership skills.
