Oriental Ecowoods Ltd. is looking an honest, energetic and punctual Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager, Supply Chain Management who has at least 03 years practical work experiences in relevant field.
Candidate from Door or Board manufacturing company is highly preferable.
Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & specifications.
Ensure quality/standards of all raw materials as per specifications and find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
Develop alternative sources of supply in both local and foreign market & maintain smart supplier's database.
Communicate with factory for material status and other factor/s in a regular basis.
Regularly monitor supplier's performance & build up best business relationship with preferred suppliers.
Develop, maintain & upgrade database of sourcing and updating existing vendors/supplier information.
Execute, monitor and manage Letters of Credit (LCs) related work which include the opening of L/Cs, Monitoring shipments, organizing shipping documents and custom clearing.
Excellent knowledge about LC process & good communication skill to deal with foreign suppliers & buyer.
Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
To coordinate with Accounts & Finance department regularly for shipment schedule and fund management activities.
Organize and oversee inventory by keeping a detailed database of available inventory and expected usages.
Any other duties assigned by the management as and when required.
Educational Requirements :
BBA/ MBA in any subject from any reputed University.
Diploma in SCM is preferable.
Experience Requirements :
At least 3 year(s)
