- Providing highest quality of service to the customers through over phone, email & social networking platform.
- Take inquiries and questions and providing information to the customers/ prospects.
- Answer calls professionally & respond to customer inquiries in timely manner.
- Regular communication with Customers and Due follow up accordingly time-to-time.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Any other relevant tasks given by the management.
Educational Requirements :
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- 2 - 3 years on real estate sector.
- Must have knowledge of high rise building construction works.
