- Maintain and update all employee information, files and documents
- HR operation using attendance payroll software system specially KORMEE
- Prepare Job description & Job Specification of employees
- To assist in recruiting people
- Prepare and maintain payroll-related records and reports
- Work with Human Resources Manager and assist with HRMS implementation
- Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity
- Provide accounting support to Finance personnel
- Performing other HR-related issues assigned by the management
Educational Requirements :
- BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed University.
- Skills Required: Labor Law, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience Requirements :
- 2 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments HR Admin
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Additional Requirements :
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in working with KORMEE software will be an added advantage
- Sound Knowledge of Labor Law
- Must be well-groomed, presentable and possess amiable personality
- Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
