- Updating Monthly sales data which helps to make a sales strategy to increase revenue
- Generate leads through visiting hospitals, if needed
- Creating innovative and challenging promotional campaigns and strategies for assigned products.
- Designing and developing promotional tools for effective promotion of assigned products.
- Guide, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed the sales performance targets.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on new potential products.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
- Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
- Visiting DGDA, regarding new product registration issue.
Educational Requirements :
- B.Pharm/ M.Pharm, B.Sc. in Chemistry/ Biochemistry from any reputed university.

Additional Requirements :
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Applicant should have 1-2 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical companies. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, dynamic, hardworking and smart.
- Computer Literacy (MS applications) is mandatory.
- English fluency will add additional value
- Should have the capability to travel extensively.
