Powerpac Engineering Co. in a sister concern of Mallik Enterprise which established for manufacturing of distribution and power transformer with foreign technical collaboration.
- To sales & Service of Generator, Substation, Transformer.
- Establish initial contact with clients.
- Support Sales & Services in the process of getting business from clients.
- Establish contact and get orders from clients to meet the sales target set for the period.
- Ensure timely collection of payment from small-sized customers.
- Maintain relationship with customers to ensure repeat business
- Support the process of sales and collections forecast for customers.
- Provide sales data and MIS as required on timely basis.
- Achieve sales targets as per Sales plan Industrial Equipment & Machinery (Complete Operation line machines).
- Executing sales growth plan and sales drive through a team effort to achieve the target.
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
- Perform any other jobs assigned by supervisor.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters/MBA Major in Marketing or B.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Institution.
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- At least 3-5 year(s) in relevant field.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite
- Leadership qualities
- Mentality to work under pressure.
