We are looking for dynamic and experienced talent for the immediate appointment of Sr. Executive position who has substantial, experience in the following areas and must be self-driven and self-motivated to take challenges & deliver high-quality results.
- Fully responsible for the Recruitment and Selection process of all units of the Group
- Prepare advertisement draft and arrange publication. Source and compile CV for recruitment and maintain CV Bank
- Circulate and coordinate interviews with candidates & interview panel members
- Maintain all kinds of post-selection activities & update new employee's information
- Prepare appointment letter, approval note and provide appointment letter & other documents to newly recruited staff
- Ensure that staff's Personal Files with all related documents are processed, maintained, and updated timely
- Prepare different office notes, different countries' visa applications, letters, and any kinds of documents
- To check the monthly salary sheet, Maintain all leave registers.
- Handle the factory grievance procedure as per the law of the company.
- Any other assignment assigned by the management from time to time
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements :
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Admin Works, Documentation., Recruitment Procedure
