- o Plan and handle total HR Operations to align with overall Organizational vision, mission and objectives.
- o Review, improve, update and develop HR policies and guidelines, and ensure that they are complied by all supervisors and employees.
- o Conduct Training Need Assessment, prepare Annual Training & Development Calendar and conduct Training Session to motivate employees and improve their performance.
- o Plan and operate successful 'Employee Engagement Survey' to identify and solve Organizational problems.
- o Administrate and develop Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- o Utility related matters with relevant Government and Non- Government offices, Local Administration and other related Organizations. Formulate various policies & procedures related to Administration & Security of the company.
- o Drive recognition on what HR does and how it adds value at the functional, team and individual level.
- o Developing relationships with functional leads and team members to provide another channel for ground level feedback.
- o Develop HR as a resourceful function and coordinate with all function to develop and implement various HR policies & Procedure.
- o Coordinate with all functions to enhance and implement an annual Appraisal System for all employees.
- o Ensure effective utilization of manpower by working with functional heads on a cross functional staffing system.
- o Ensure retention of best talent, performance management of overall talent and enhancing the performance driven culture.

- o Manage salary and wages administration as per company policy.
- o Monitor leave & attendance of all employee.
- o Coordinate with HR and functional Heads to identify the various training and development needs.

- o Train & develop functional staff to improve efficiency, effectiveness to improve service, human relations, skills and knowledge.
- o Benchmark for best practices and trends related to HR in market.
- o Ensure effective handling of Grievances
- o Motivating personnel towards discipline and make employees pro-active.
- o Ensure proper planning, organizing, directing, controlling and monitoring overall Admin function of the company.
- o Maintain discipline of the personal irrespective of the rank & Status.
- o Monitor, Supervise & coordinate all admin, transport, overall logistics, legal issue as per Company Policy.
- o Supervising attendance, Disciplinary issues and solves any dispute or unwanted situations.
- o Monitor safety, Health, Hygiene, environment and security properly of the Project Office and Head Office.
- o Maintain liaison with the local civil administration, local elites, and maintain public relation with political and non-political about the matters related to company including Govt., Semi Govt. high officials.
- o Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
- o Ensure proper SOP all being maintained for all admin related functions.
- o Support organization in formulating and implementing training development program of security, Firefighting team, other personnel etc.
- o Ensure smooth functioning of factory/office while in operation and off the operation
- o Ensure security of men, materials and machines.
- o Perform any other job as per decision by the Top Management.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
- o Graduate/BBA/Master/ MBA in Management from any recognized university.
- o MBA in HRM or PGDHRM degree will be treated as added advantage
- o Any other HR Certification Course will add value.
- North South University,BRAC University,East West University,Independent University, Bangladesh,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference
- Preferred Professional Certification: HRM
