- Daily works like- Attendance, Recruitment, Employee record, Software input, Administrative follow-up and works as assigned by the Company. Strong knowledge of labor laws & regulations. Good Communication skill (verbal & written) with overseas partners is a must
- Provide administrative support.
- Execution of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruitment and selection processes and ensure that a fair recruitment policy is followed.
- Good organization and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft and Excel skills
- Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work effectively within a sometimes pressurized environment, whilst maintaining compliance to company policies and procedures
- Must be Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: beverage menu planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
