- We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.

- Development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Responsible for Negotiation, Reference Check, Background Verification and Relationship Management.
- Assist in the design, planning, development, and implementation, of the orientation program for new joiner.
- Update employee information in employee database.
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain Liaison with the Payroll/Administration/IT/Finance Team to ensure they are kept informed of all new hires and joining dates and respective inputs.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Skills Required: HR Admin
Experience Requirements :
- 2 to 6 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements :
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
