Job Responsibilities :
  • Identify potential partner SMEs
  • Conduct SMEs' need assessment
  • Finalize SME list opted for BDS (Business Development Service) based on field findings
  • Develop SMEs' BDS plan and delivery model in coordination with other team members
  • Deliver required BDS to individual SMEs and develop management training materials, if required
  • Support BDS Specialists to carry out assigned activities
  • Work closely with the different stakeholders including SMEs, WBT providers, private large companies to create the win-win situation
  • Maintain quality of interventions in coordination with other consultants and Monitoring Officer
  • Participate in internal and external planning meetings for exchange and learning.
  • Compelling presentation and influencing skills
Educational Requirements :
  • Sr. Consultant: Bachelor's/Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Jr. Consultant: Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, MS Office, Project Management
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 27 to 40 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Candidates who have relevant experience and completed professional courses will get high preferences.
