• Develop modern supply chain practices to contribute to the organizational goal.
• Develop strategies, policies, procedures and overall team to optimize value of the entire function in creating a world class strategic supply chain function.
• Direct the activities of all functions involved in the commercial, purchasing, planning, and warehousing to ensure smooth network expansion and operations.
• Organize the commercial team and lead them for performing all commercial activities in time.
• Responsible for all Custom clearance of Imported/Exported materials independently.
• Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import and Export activities and inform management as required.
• Manage L/C related work which include - corresponding with suppliers, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document requirement formalities and custom clearing.
• Maintain liaison with shipping line, customs, C&F, Freight Forwarder and other related Government officials.
• Co-operates with suppliers (Local & Foreign) for shipment schedule and timely shipment-related information.
• Capable to prepare pre-landed costing to estimate import costing.
• Familiar with custom rules, import policies, & SROs and import related web portals.
• Work with internal departments and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of raw materials and accessories (Import).
• Experienced in ERP system operation for the group import raw materials.
• Regularly check H.S Code for Import raw materials, customs rules and regulations.
• Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, Customs procedures, VAT & Tax rules related to Export and Import.

• Finalization of C&F agents bill, insurance premium bill, maintain record of L/C files and costing.
• Mange/oversee the overall contract Management activities i. e. Drafting, vetting, signing and managing to minimize the legal and commercial risk.
• Oversee the overall logistics and customs clearance procedure in sea, air and land port, repair and return activities to ensure in time clearing & forwarding and transportation.
• Leasing with bank as much required for commercial purpose
• Leasing with Govt. Authority i.e. DLS, Mothso Bhaban, VAT, CCI & E etc.

• Master's degree in any discipline from any reputed university
• MBA in Finance & Banking/ M.com from any reputed University of Bangladesh and abroad.
• Skills Required: Commercial and Banking, Commercial Export & Import (Poultry & Fish Feed related Company).

• Age 38 to 45 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, All Poultry, Fish, Cattle Feed & Feed Raw material's Export/ Import through L/C, Supply Chain.
• Must have sufficient knowledge in Feed / Feed Raw material's Import, Export, Local Trading, Banking, Custom clearing & forwarding etc.
• Vast knowledge about Import, Commercial and Banking related jobs.
• Good relation with banking sector top management.
• Skill in written communication with bank and required regulatory body.
• Long practical experience of loan processing with any schedule Bank (Govt. & Non Govt.)
• Experience Minimum 3 years as Assistant Manager.
• Very good analytical skill & Reporting skills..
