We are looking for a person who will lead the HR, Admin & Compliance operation smoothly at the factory “Shoe Master Footwear Limited.”
- Play the vital role as administration head
- Developed, updated and implement HR & Administration policies and procedures.
- Responsible for manpower planning & attracting, compensation management, performance management, organization development, staff development, HR Database Management, procurement.
- Provide proper manpower to help the proper production.
- Good experiences of recruitment understand target hiring skills, sourcing, screening, negotiation candidates.
- Manage ERP to prepare the HR payroll and other digital records
- Monitoring, evaluating, and developing operation budgets relating to Administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operation in a cost-effective manner.
- Implementing security policies, regulations, compliance and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees and visitors.
- Handled employee grievances & disciplinary procedures and minimized gap & conflicts in an effective way.
- Coordinated with Management and Department Heads in setting and implementing strategies and working environment.
- Develop work environment to enhance the performance, ensure respectful environment, employee rights in line with business goal.
- Ensure compliance through timely renewal of all documents and licenses related to government bodies and other institutions
Educational Requirements :
- Masters degree in any discipline or MBA.
- PGD in HRM will get preference.
- Skills Required: Administration, Factory HR Administration, HR Operations, HR payroll, Work Experience in ERP
Experience Requirements :
- At least 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Admin, Factory HR Administration, shoe, Shoe Manufacturing
Additional Requirements :
- Age 35 to 45 years
