- Must have practical experience and knowledge in using GTR CAD software in garments pattern and marker making for Pant, Shirts & Jacket.
- Should able to prepare, develop Pattern independently.
- Must know 100% accurate pattern grading and correction as per buyer production report.
- Must have experience on woven garments, wash/non wash garments etc.
- Must know how to draw, plot accurately and correctly in order to avoid error and save fabrics consumption.
- Verify & check patterns, buyer comments to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of garments.
- Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
- Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
- Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency and making 100% accurate markers.
- Provide technical advice and support to merchandisers and production team.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- Age 30 to 40 years
- The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s): Garments/ Buying House.
- Good writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
