• Preparation of project implementation schedule, monitor and maintain project construction schedule on weekly basis.
• Review the project plans, specifications and comments on building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures, potential construction problems.
• Coordinate with Architectural Design Consultant, Structural Design Consultant and the MEP Design Consultant as well as inform them of any error, discrepancies or omissions contained with the consultants drawing designs
• Raise and discuss relevant issues at the site meetings, prepare and issue minutes of all meetings.
• Ensure completion and track all independent testing and inspection as required.
• Control and monitor labor, material and equipment and related expenses.
• Maintain site safety and security as required, enforce good construction standard and practices and quality control.
• Ensure that ‘as built’ drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis during the construction period and issue final close-outs to consultants accordingly.
• Prepare project budget, monthly cost forecasting summaries and expedite project deficiency list.
• Liaison with consultants, vendors, supervisors, surveyors, general workforce and others involve in the project, resolve any unexpected technical difficulties that may arise.
• Act as main technical coach on construction at site for contractors, project team, engineers, craftsmen, workers with tasks assigned to them.
• Do such other works as may be assigned from time to time.

• Age 32 to 45 years
