Job Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for overall Store Management & inventory system. Ensure an efficient warehouse operation which is able to fulfil operational demand.
  • To prepare (as required) & implement all policies/guideline/plans regarding store management. Create and implement best practice warehousing principles, policies and processes
  • Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods. Able to collect record for store related report generation like daily stock, incoming material, outgoing material etc. Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods in and goods out.
  • Having skill of ERP software specially SAP activity & good control of data base management
  • Ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse space to include layout and future capacity requirements.
  • Establish, monitor and maintain high standards of security in the warehouse by setting security procedures. Ensure any hazardous materials are stored in accordance with requirements.
  • To Ensure goods/ materials are keeping & delivering by FIFO -LIFO.
  • Able to face internal/external audit.
  • Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled.
  • Prepare bills/goods receipt PO of incoming materials & submit to relevant department.
  • Responsible for inputting all daily transaction of material & updating balance regularly.
  • Strong coordination with team & user department.
  • Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times. Identify any systems improvements and drive through recommendations for change.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff on a regular basis to make them aware of priorities, targets and operational requirements
  • Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess on-going performance of direct reports
  • Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
  • Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with department strategy.
Educational Requirements :
  • Graduation/ BBA from commerce background from any reputed institution.
  • Accounting background will be added advantage.
Experience Requirements :
  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory/ Store Management
