Job Location: Ad-din Medical College Hospital, Bara Maghbazar, Dhaka
- To maintain the stock book for the stores
- To prepare way bill/delivery note for transportation of materials
- To check the quality of the received goods & items
- To examine the deliveries: quantity, quality, documentation
- To report to the line managers about details of receiving information after received any materials
- To prepare Damage/Loss report when any damage/loss occurred in the store
- To maintain better & effective coordination with the suppliers
- To liaise with any vendor or stakeholders
- To ensure the information to the line manager or respective supervisor for receiving any items from the supplier
- To ensure the well record & documentation for any reporting issue
- To prepare materials and equipment for disposal, transfer, or auction
