Approving LAB DIP submission, Base submission & Bulk Fabric submission
Bulk Fabric Approval & Color Continuity Approval.
Fabric LAB (Fabric Test, Garments Test).
Responsible for In-house fabric & Trims Inspection, Approval & tacking action in case of Inspection failure.
Shade segregation & doing approval for bulk shade band according to color stander & Approval.
Taking action & Advising to Cutting/Cutting QA regarding utilizing condition of fabric.
Attending PPM & Risk analyzing meeting.
In case of any non-availability of batch wise trims fabric, doing eye matching from the other batch to support smooth cutting.
Have worked in Sewing line & controlled a Zone with 13 Sewing Line by maintaining Stander Quality.
Process Control - Standard operating systems, workflow, quality systems, record keeping and 3rd party evaluation reports. Giving cutting approval after fabric inspection in all procedure.
Checking, monitoring and daily production report submitting to higher authority.
Prepare monthly inspection KPI.
Fabric classification and inspection as per required standard.
Follow-up all quantity procedures.
Collect and check common file and sample.
Redaction of reports.
Issue AOQ and inspection certificate
Store and manage Inspection documents of fabric inspection and Common files.
