- Degree in Business Administration and/or industrial Psychology.
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in recruitment and selection processes.
- Carry out all the administrative duties in the recruitment process such as logging applications forms/Cvs, organizing recruitment timetables and arranging interviews.
- Greet and assist interviewees onsite.
- Provide support with resume screening and initial phone screens, conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions, documentation and reporting process.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill
