We are looking for committed & performance drives candidate in our Tele Marketing team. This candidate should have at least 1 years of proven experience in Tele Marketing.
- Phone call to potential customers and categorize them.
- Explain the product or service to potential customers.
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales.
- Lead management through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
- Writing document Microsoft office (English & Bangla).
- Any other assignment was given by management.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- BBA / Honours / Graduate from any discipline.
- (NSU, IUB, AIUB, BRAC, DU, East-West University - All these varsity students will be given higher priority)
- Skills Required: Computer Operating, Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service, Front Desk, Marketing, Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements :
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Relation, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support/ Client Service, Real Estate Marketing
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, Real Estate
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
