- Drive and ensure primary and secondary sales in line with the company's objective
- Ensure product availability and on time customer service
- Dealer management and ensure distributors ROI
- Lead develop and monitor distributor's field force to ensure sales target achievement.
- Ensure after sales service with the coordination of service operations team
- Execution Of Trade IBT L promotion
- Retail coverage expansion and service development
- Execute new project and develop process guided by top management
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelors' degree in any discipline. Sales / Marketing major is preferable
Experience Requirements :

- At least 02 years' of experience in sales and marketing
- Experience in the relevant industry (Lubricant, Automobiles etc.) will be an added advantage
- Basic understanding in sales and marketing
