A transportation supervisor oversees the logistics and operations of an organization with a heavy reliance on vehicle use, such as delivery companies, schools, manufacturers, and transit authorities.
Ensure Timely availability of Transport as per requisition from the department(s) & official(s)
Prepare & assign duty & roaster schedule of the driver.
Supervise & check logbooks, fuel consumption, and routine maintenance of all the vehicles.
Create awareness among the drivers about road safety and security, change of concerning laws/traffic rules, etc. as and when required.
Prepare and present the report on the fuel consumption/maintenance costs, accident report for management us
Perform other tasks assigned by top Management & Head of Administration.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
At least 2 year(s)
