- Conduct awareness program among employees to ensure all rules & regulations, policies & procedures, disciplines and compliance related issues.
- Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
- Should have experience on Higg Index-Facility Social Labor Module (FSLM) CAF Version 1.4
- Monitoring and implementing sustainability projects like Better Work in the factory.
- To establish effective communication between management and workers and hold consultations with a view to maintain harmonious relations between the management and workers.
- To look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate toilet facility, drinking water etc.
- To advise and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety etc.
- Handle all grievances & compliance issues as per labor laws.
- To conduct orientation for new employees.
- Ensuring different documentations related to Admin, HR & Compliance.
- Conduct awareness program regarding employee welfare related issues.
- Counsel the absent workers to reduce absenteeism.
- Counsel workers to ensure health & safety related issues and motivate them to maintain hygiene in the workplace.
- Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labor Law.
- Conduct workers orientation training.
- Look after occupational health and safety issues for the assigned area.
- Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
- Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management.
- Prepare presentation materials on different HR issues and able to develop policies, procedures, manuals, SOPs etc. in English on different issues as and when required.
- Any other day to day administrative works as assigned.
Educational Requirements :
- Graduation/ Master's from any discipline.
- Skills Required: Communication skill, Motivation to others.

- To have the sufficient knowledge in factory welfare activities.
- To have the capacity to build up the better relationship between workers and management.
- To have the capacity to arrange various training session on social compliance issues, workers awareness programs. etc.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Garments/Textiles, Factory HR, Recruitment & selection, Training & Development, General HR.
- Proficiency in Computer MS Word/Excel/ PowerPoint's.
