The candidate should have residence near to the factory so that she can concentrate on her job and if required can stay after General working hours
- Works as a path between workers and management to ensure each party’s utmost interest. Liaison with Head Office regarding workers issues
- Maintain good workers and employer relationships within the organization.
- Compliant management of maternity benefit & follow up leaves
- Provide ideas to the management of the factory while there is any internal labor management policy is formulated.
- Guide workers not do absent, late and make them on how to communicate with stakeholders to bring the most out of the factory facilities.
- Arrange training and awareness programs for the workers so that they can keep themselves from involving in any unlawful activities.
- Monitor the worker’s health and safety issues and take the necessary steps while it is required.
- Look after and ensure the necessary needs in the workplace like; toilets, dining facilities, medical centers, and child care facilities.
- Closely monitor the cases of sexual abuse of female workers, if any issues arise take immediate actions to resolve.
- Counselling the workers are not mentally disturbed with any situations and monitor the improvement. Develop good practice on the production floor to ensure a better working place.
- Communicate the worker’s needs in the workplace. Provide guidelines on how a worker can avoid any hazardous situation and precautions against fire and safety in the workplace.
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Social Science (MSS)
- Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements :
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
