- You should have a great sense of design and understand good UX.
- You should be able to work with design tools like Figma / Adobe XD.
- Convert beautiful design into pixel-perfect web pages and have mobile-first thinking.
- You can work with WordPress page builders to build web pages.
- Strong understanding of woo-commerce.
- Skill in Payment integration like SSL Commerz, 2checkout, stipe, etc.
- You have a Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML, CSS, JS, and jQuery.
- You can work independently on a project.
- WordPress speed optimization.
- Good Knowledge of Server/cPanel/Hosting.
- Website optimization, backup & Security.
- Respond to error codes and troubleshoot problems to optimize website performance.
- Experienced in using CDN deployment using Cloudflare etc
- Ability to deploy servers on cloud environments like AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean, etc.
- Have experience using git-based workflow tools and concepts (GitHub, Branching, etc.)
Educational Requirements :
- Diploma in Computer

- Can speak, read and write proper Bangla.
- Can read, write and speak English as 2nd language.
