- Responsible to lead the team of Marketing, Sales and Collection process towards achieving the target of the Zone successfully.
- Strong leadership skill and commitment for sales & collection of dues.
- To supervise Regional Incharge and Territory In-charge for achieving sales and recovery target on weekly and monthly basis.
- Developing market for Tractors, Combined Harvesters, Rice Transplanters and others Agri-Machinery and Equipment; increasing sales within the defined zonal area.
- Design and implement different methodology for collection and recovery of dues and over dues of company's port folio.
- To prepare & analyze monthly overdue and monitoring status
- Achieve sales target and increase market share in the respective command area.
- Any other related work assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
- Graduate in Agriculture Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Masters in any discipline/ MBA (Marketing) from any reputed public/Private Universities.
Experience Requirements :
- 12 to 15 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Credit Collection, Marketing, Sales
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Automobile, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Additional Requirements :
- Age at most 42 years
- Should have minimum 10 years sales and marketing experience of agri-machinery and equipment / automobiles/ capital machinery / FMCG including 05 years of experience on recovery and collection management in the managerial level.
- Candidates who have attended interview / applied earlier need not to apply again.
- Agreed to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
- Advance computer knowledge especially Ms-Excel & Power Point.
- The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours.
- Demonstrating strong analytical ability, management skill and presentation skill.
- Able to prepare various reports pertaining to the jobs.
- Interpersonal communication skills both oral and written.
